What an amazing message sent from our Clubhouse Manager this evening to all of our amazing volunteers who give up their time for FREE to ensure our members and visitors are fed and watered.
Not only that, they often give up their time to allow private functions and community hub events to take place by facilitating opening up, closing up and being present from start to finish. Here is Diane’s message to them in full,
“Dear Kitchen and Bar Staff Volunteers,
I am writing this letter with immense gratitude and admiration to express sincerest thanks for your unwavering dedication and support over the past 12 months.
Your selfless commitment to volunteering in our kitchen and bar has been nothing short of remarkable. Your hard work and tireless efforts have contributed significantly to the success and vibrancy of our club. From preparing breakfasts, lunches and snacks, to serving refreshing beverages, you have created an inviting atmosphere that keeps our members and visitors coming back with smiles on their faces.
Your contributions extend beyond simply fulfilling your roles; you have fostered a sense of community and camaraderie within our club. Your friendly faces and warm gestures have made every individual feel welcomed and valued, creating an environment where friendships are formed and memories are cherished.
The challenges of the past year have not gone unnoticed, and yet, you continued to volunteer your time and expertise, adapting to ever-changing circumstances with grace and resilience. Your dedication has been a source of inspiration for all of us.
